Join the DMRF for a day at the zoo to raise awareness and funds for dystonia research
The San Diego Zoo is one of 13 locations across the U.S. that will host a Dystonia Day at the Zoo in 2018. Last year, Dystonia events held at Zoos in 12 cities drew over 5,000 participants. This will be a family-friendly community day at the Zoo to raise awareness about dystonia. Participants are invited to walk as much or as little as they would like; there are no mileage goals and no pledge money needed to participate in the Walk. In addition, an anonymous donor has offered to match donations. Any first time or increased individual donations made in honor of Zoo participants or teams will be matched dollar for dollar.
